CNA has met this need with the introduction of the fingkey fingerprint recognition mouse and hamster.
The mouse looks the same as a traditional mouse with the exception of an optical recognition module on the side which allows the individual user log onto his/her machine using their fingerprint information, eliminating the need to worry about passwords.
The eNDeSS enterprise software package assists in centrally managing user access to Workstations through biometrics by utilizing the organisation's existing active directory service. It builds on active directories service allowing biometrics to be implemented in on any workstation belonging to that domain.
